Cameron McWhirter will speak at the Atlanta History Center on May 7 at 7 p.m. about American Gun: The True Story of the AR-15, a book that he and Zusha Elinson recently co-authored about how a Cold War invention has become the divisive symbol of America’s great gun debate. The talk is open to the public. Book signing afterward.
